Utrecht will celebrate the 20th anniversary of of the fall of the Berlin wall with a festival called ‘Niemandsland’ (‘No Mans Land’). It will be connected to the Cultural Sunday. Many lectures, film screenings, concerts, workshop and exhibitions will be held throughout Utrecht, inspired by Berlin.

Indivisuals is asked to make an installation in a hall of the Centraal Museum of Utrecht connected to an photo exhibition with photographers from Berlin. I have some nice ideas with green screens and scrap metal. Stay tuned for more details on that one….

Indivisuals maakt een installatie op het festival: ‘BEZET: HET LAB EN DOX OP FORT RUIGENHOEK’

Van 10 tot en met 13 september bundelen Het Lab en DOX hun krachten in een gezamenlijk theater- en dansprogramma op Fort Ruigenhoek in Groenekan, aan de rand van Utrecht. Onder de vlag van de Zomer van Utrecht, die een zomer vol kunst en cultuur op bijzondere erfgoedlocaties in het Utrechts Landschap brengen, trakteren Het Lab en DOX hun publiek op het locatieproject Bezet en bieden daarmee een platform aan jonge makers die fysieke en beeldende voorstellingen maken voor jeugd en jongeren.

Indivisuals will do the visuals on the upcoming Domstad Fusion Festival. The Festival will bring dance, music and workshops from different immigrant self help groups.

Come and see a day full of dance, music, food and workshops. Hindustani Surinams, Marron Surinams, Indian Surinams, Roma, Dutch Antilleans, Guine, Siera Leone, and Turkey, will all share the secrets of their trade and amaze you.

They day will hold workshops in dance, food, handreading, music as well explanations of different dances.

A day full of fun for the whole family!

We have been doing the visual support for the ‘Lensvelt de Architect Interieurprijs’ 2008, held november 27th in the Lichtfabriek in Haarlem. It was a very nice venue with some exiting award handouts and a super delicious buffet afterwards. We also made a promo video for the then released magazine iN; about interior architecture. Our video was accompanied by a live drummer (Wouter Rentema, the drummer from Gem) which was super cool!
